What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Yearly billing is priced as 10× the monthly rate, so you get 2 months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch cadence later from your account settings.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. Custom embroidery fonts are included on the Free plan (3 saved), and fonts you publish to the community don't count toward that limit. Your designs aren't deleted on downgrade; if you're over the Free limit, the extras become read-only until you upgrade.
What happens if I exceed my design limit?
Your limit is how many designs you can keep active and editable at once. Designs within your limit are always fully editable. If you have more than your limit — for example after downgrading from a paid plan — you'll need to archive the extra designs to get back within it. Archived designs are read-only: you can still view and export them. To use one again, unarchive it — you can only unarchive while under your limit, so you may need to delete a design first or upgrade for a higher limit. Upgrading raises your limit but doesn't unarchive your designs automatically; you still unarchive each one to edit it. To save brand-new designs you also need to be under your limit, so delete some or upgrade — archiving alone doesn't open up a new slot.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime with no fees. You keep access until your billing period ends, then you're moved to Free.
